One of the great things about learning with IIDE is that you can access the course’s you purchased from desktops, laptops, smartphones, and even tablets.
Refunds once approved, are immediately processed on our end once we get the green signal from our Counselor. However, depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
As noted above, it may take five to ten business days to post the funds in your account, depending on your bank. There may be situations where it may take up to 30 days for the amount to show up in your account. If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed, it might be a good idea to get in touch with your bank about the status of your refund.
If the refund isn’t credited to your account even after 30 days, please get in touch with our customer support team.
